PhD Professor Fabrizio D'ANIELLO Fabrizio d'Aniello is PhD Professor of General and Social Pedagogy at the Department of Education, Cultural Heritage and Tourism, University of Macerata. Author of 135 publications, he currently teaches „General Pedagogy”, „Pedagogy of Work” and „Pedagogy of Work and Neoliberal Rationality”. His priority area of research is pedagogy of work. PhD Professor Romiță IUCU Professor Romita IUCU is the President of the Board of Trustees at the University of Bucharest and a professor at the Faculty of Psychology and Educational Sciences. He has extensive experience in international educational cooperation and currently coordinates the UNICA EduLAB Group, co-chairs the FOREU European Degree subgroup, and serves on the European University Association's Learning & Teaching Steering Committee. Since April 2022, he has been a Magna Charta Observatory Ambassador and was inducted into The International Adult and Continuing Education Hall of Fame. He has held several university management positions, including Acting Rector and Vice-Rector for Academic Affairs. His main areas of interest are educational policies, higher education pedagogy, and teacher education policies. PhD Professor Pedro ROSÁRIO Pedro Rosário is a Full Professor of Educational Psychology at the Universidade do Minho in Portugal. He received his Ph.D. from the Universidade do Minho, Braga, in 2000 and subsequently has been serving at the same University. He has been invited to the University of Granada, Oviedo (Spain), Universidade Estadual de Campinas e Universidade Federal de Ciências da Saúde de Porto Alegre (Brazil), Universidad Central (Chile) to teach Master's and Ph.D. courses.His current research emphasis falls within self-regulated learning (SRL) and School Engagement (SE). As a PI, he has conducted a number of studies investigating how students monitor their academic behavior in class and is particularly interested in the extent to which training within classroom contexts (K-12 through college) can facilitate more accurate monitoring of performance and strategy use. PhD Professor Mariela PAVALACHE-ILIE Not only a doctor in Psychology, but also an engineer, Mariela Pavalache-Ilie is interested in the human dimension of organisations, in environmental psychology and the education in favour of sustainable development, as well as in interpersonal communication issues and educational psychology. As proof of her teaching skills, she took part in teaching exchange programs in European interuniversities. Her participation in the research activity, as a member of many national and international projects, resulted in numerous contributions to conferences and prestigious journals. At the same time, she is involved in the editorial activity, as the editor-in-chief of the Scientific Bulletin of Transilvania University and a reviewer for scholarly journals in her area of expertise.
